Another thing to consider is the way you stand and walk. Often people stand with their shoulders forward and down which results in the head being poked or protruded forward. It is matter of reminding oneself to stand tall. Think that a piece of string is pulling you up by the head or think that you are a “cat walk model” that moves with great posture and style.
Keep motivated – stay positive, don’t be afraid to request help if you think you are slipping. Determine your weak spots – like what gets you overeating?. Once you understand the trigger, you can recognize it and not let it win.
Now we come to the exercise. I have to emphasize that doing this as described is vital i.e. very important to getting the most from this activity. It took me a two or three days before I could do it consistently without using my finger.
There are two types reduction method. The first method is the open reduction. This usually does not involve re-breaking because the fracture is still fresh. This is a condition wherein the broken bones cut the skin and are exposed. It could also mean that the surgeon exposed the bone to better dissect the tissues affected by the fracture. The second type is the closed reduction. In this procedure, the bones are not exposed in the air. The skin may be cut but the bones remain hidden beneath.

It may seem terrifying to start off, but signing up for a race is a great way to keep you motivated. Cancer Research UK often hold sponsored runs which can be as short as 3k or as long as 10k- raising money for charity will make it all seem worthwhile. I signed myself up for a 10k run about 6 months after jogging regularly, and became so addicted I entered a half marathon immediately afterwards!
